A unique project of a licensed tour operator of the Chornobyl zone «CHORNOBYL TOUR» gives a chance to get into the ChEZ through the water gates that became available for the first time since Chornobyl accident.You will walk down the bed of the Pripyat river along the entire cooling pond to the large pumping station. Sunken ships in Chornobyl; Paryshevsky and Yanovsky bridges, remote corners of the cooling pond - all this is accessible for tourists during RIVER CHORNOBYL TOUR.
The excursion is combined: the group arrives at the mooring point of the boat by a comfortable bus. Then tourists change to water transport for a river excursion.
The route passes through the national biosphere reserve, the city of Chornobyl, with visiting ships flooded since the accident, rises along the riverbed Pripyat along the cooling pond, right up to the large pumping station near the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, where the transfer of tourists to the bus is. Tour around the heart of the Chornobyl zone continues with a visit to Chornobyl and the city of Pripyat. The program also provides lunch at the Chornobyl canteen. The group returns to Kyiv by bus.

SCHEDULE OF THE RIVER CHORNOBYL TOUR:
- pick-up and landing on a boat in Kyiv on the pier #6 of the River Station (metro station Poshtova Ploscha, see карту)
- boat passage from Kyiv through the Vyshgorod lock and the Kyiv Sea to the Neptune base on the border of the Chornobyl zone. Coffee break, toilet.
- passage to the Pripyat River, acquaintance with the nature of the river delta, the Chornobyl Biosphere Reserve, entry into the 30-kilometer zone
- passage to Chornobyl, villages Otashiv, Opachichi, Leliv on the Pripyat River
- inspection of the flooded vessels and other objects of the first stages of the accident liquidation
- entry into the 10-kilometer zone
- passage along the Chornobyl cooling pond
- mooring near the large Chornobyl pumping station, transfer to the bus

One way duration: boat trip along the Dnieper and Pripyat rivers 3 hours
Return: 7.00 - 8.00 in the evening.
Lunch or dinner: 2.30 pm at the canteen (optional, cost $5; tasty and plentiful food, imported products).
To participate in the tour it is necessary to submit an application by providing the name, date of birth (day.month.year), number of the passport, citizenship (data are necessary for applying for an entry permit).
Outfit Equipment: For the RIVER CHORNOBYL TOUR it is necessary to have a windproof jacket and a hat with you. In the Zone these clothes are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN: shorts, breeches, skirts and dresses, open shoes.
Attention! In case of a sharp weather change or at the request of the state authorities, the start of the RIVER CHORNOBYL TOUR can be delayed or rescheduled.
Individuals are not allowed in the RIVER CHORNOBYL TOUR:
- drunk, hangover or even with the smell of alcohol; under the influence of drugs;
- carrying weapons, prohibited items;
- not fulfilling the requirements of the captain. In case of such a situation, the tour immediately ends, the tourist is taken ashore and handed over to the National Police of Ukraine.
