SQUADRONS OF MERCY

    Charity is a gesture of successful person's goodwill, who understands the value of the human attitude towards life.

   CHERNOBYL TOUR® ® team from the first days of its existence led socially active charity work, such as: support of Chernobyl self-settlers, "social" tours for the liquidators and students, etc.

   Now trouble has come to Ukraine, where the Chernobyl zone is situated. None of us expected that after the Ukrainian people threw the thief-president out, our not yet firmly established after all the events country will be attacked by "brotherly" Russia.

    Due to the fact that all the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and departments have been under control of Moscow over the past 90 years, and current task of the heads of these departments is sabotage, the task of defending the Ukrainian land rests on the shoulders of volunteer units.

    Volunteers are ordinary people - plumbers, cooks, watchmakers, doctors, businessmen, deputies ... They left their families in the rear and went to defend their country. They often have to hide their faces to protect their families of the risk during their absence, because unfortunately, the enemy plays without rules, acting by all possible means.

    Also, in our country there is one more remarkable display of people unity, they are the "squadrons of mercy” -  volunteer organizations. Their mission is to support volunteers, supply them with the necessary protection (helmets, body armor, goggles) machinery (cars, petrol generators, trucks) food, organization of the medical assistance to wounded, etc. They are literally saving the guys on the front line. Volunteer organizations exist by voluntary donations.

    CHERNOBYL TOUR® regularly transfers part of the earned funds for volunteer organizations supplying volunteers.

    Now it's getting cold. The guys at the front need warm sleeping bags, thermal underwear...  And, apparently, - winter uniforms… Plus a lot of things beginning with radio stations and sights and finishing with banal water and medicine.

    There are situations when you can’t stay away.
